Southwestern Multi-Stone Inlay Sterling Silver Butterfly Pin / Brooch JF
Southwestern multi-stone stone-on-stone inlay Sterling silver butterfly pin / brooch, stamped STERLING, and hallmarked JF conjoined by renowned artist FEDERICO JIMENEZ. This brooch was inlaid with turquoise stones, white shell, and onyx or jet in 7 different sections, not counting the white shell eyes. The nicely polished mosaics and the eyes are set in smooth bezel boxes, and adorned with stamped raindrops all around.
The antennas are twisted wire. This piece may also be used as a pendant, if you have a pin-bale. This piece weighs about 25.5 grams, and it's 2 1/16" tall by 2 7/16" wide.
