This is a very early example of a Harvey Era two row pin (note the clasp in photos 6 and 7). Each row consists of 11 Turquoise stones 22 in all.
The pin which looks to be brass? Is slightly bent which is commons for pins of this age. The clasp works perfectly and will hold the pin secure.
I believe this piece to be possibly as old as the 1930's and is probably made of Coin Silver. There are three initials on the back which look to be "LOA" and are etched not stamped. These could be price marks which was a common practice back in the day. It weighs approx 10.4 grams and it's sizes are approx 1 13/16" x 1/2".
