Vintage old Navajo Indian silver pill box

  
This is a small old Navajo Native American silver pill box. I don't know the exact age but is sterling silver or a slightly lower grade (as is common with older pieces). It is 1" long, 1.5" wide and is 1/2 tall. It has no stamps or markings and is in good condition.
