Vintage NAVAJO RARE Large 8 Pointed Star Turquoise & Coral Brooch/ Pin 2 1/4

  

A stunning and very rare piece from a Navajo artist. This piece features all hand done silver accented with a gorgeous turquoise stone in the middle of the brooch with a nice fold over bezel for extra protection and a nice snug fit. The piece has all individual soldered triangles to the base to form the 8 point of the star and each is sawtooth bezel set with genuine red coral. This pendant measures 2 1/4 inches by 2 3/8 inches. It is super smooth, clean and in very nice condition.

The clasp works very well. The pin is exquisite example of silver work and stone setting. It weighs an impressive 23 grams.

It is ready to be worn as is. The pin is truly a piece of art. I have never seen another one like it. I will answer all questions in a timely manner.
