I'd love to hear of the times of the Native American people on the Reservation. The design of this piece is beautiful - with each stone of Sleeping Beauty turquoise uniquely interesting and purposely chosen to create this eclectic item. Worn horizontally, vertically, or diagonally - this pin is striking any way. In keeping with the stone at the heart, the center is oval in design and radiates out to the sides in larger but similar fashion. Silver rope ensures the design is noted, and the large silver accent beads draw you in.

In addition to being a great large pin, because the artist wanted to be able to wear it as a gorgeous pendant, they added not one, but two bails to keep it balanced - each with about a 1/8 opening.
