Vintage Native American Indian turquoise Sterling Silver sun stamped pin / brooch, unmarked. This lovely pin showcases a beautiful and slightly domed natural stone, set in a smooth bezel, and wrapped in smooth wire with a zigzag pattern, forming a design that resembles the sun. The stone was placed in the center of the pin, and adorned with 2 silver domes on each side with a sun stamp at the terminals. The pendant/pin has a nicely cut scalloped edge with deep stamps.
This piece weighs about 9 grams. It's just over 2 5/8" wide by 7/8" tall. The stone alone is about 3/4 in diameter, from bezel to bezel.The pin setting has a nice, dark patina.
