Older Navajo Sterling Silver Hair Fork Pin with Turquoise and Stamp Work Vintage

  

Here is a lovely, older, Navajo hair ornament. This handmade hair fork has a very pretty design, with excellent workmanship.

I especially like the stamp work. The silver has a bit more shine than in the photos. The turquoise cab is also shinier and a bit darker than it appears on my monitor.

The traditional, twisted prongs are functional, as well as pretty. They help the ornament stay in place when worn. Is about 3 1/2 long.

Is about 1 11/16 wide. Weighs about 12.5 grams.

The cab is about 8 x 10mm. The turquoise is free from cracks and is secure in its setting. Due to the current circumstances, I'm combining trips to the Post Office.
