Signed Zuni Sterling Silver Mosaic Channel Inlay Raccoon Pin/Pendant
This is a beautiful signed Zuni sterling silver mosaic channel inlay raccoon pin and pendant combination. This amazing piece features a raccoon eating a piece of corn. Expertly etched, the mosaic inlay is done from black Mother-of-Pearl, white Mother-of-Pearl, gold Mother-of-Pearl, turquoise, and jet. The back is signed "V&S Benn" for the silversmiths Virgil and Shirley Benn.
The metal acid tests for sterling silver. The piece measures 2 3/4 inches long by 1 1/2 inches wide. The back has a 1 1/2 inch pin and a bale so the piece can be worn either as a pin or pendant. 64 ounces or 18.2 grams. Add this fabulous piece to your collection!
