ESTATE Rare Turquoise Frank Patania Sr Thunderbird Pin Brooch Ring Set K987. Up for sale is an Estate RARE Turquoise Navajo Sterling Silver Thunderbird Pin Brooch/Ring Set. This unique set has a total metal weight of 50.3g / 32.3dwt. The ring's face measures approximately 1 3/8"L x 1"W. The ring has a total of (5) turquoise stones that form the shape of a face. 1 of the turquoise stones on the ring has a crack in it. The brooch's face measures approximately 2 1/4"L x 1 1/2"W. The brooch also has (5) turquoise stones that form the shape of a face.

All of the stones are present and secure. The brooch pin is straight. Both pieces are in very good condition and wearable. The brooch has a maker's mark on the back and is stamped sterling.

The ring has a maker's mark and is stamped sterling. The ring is also signed FP.

This jewelry is not pre-owned, which also means that it is not used. It is new but may look pre-owned because of the natural toning/patina it has taken on in storage in the last 16 years. It is normal for silver to take on a color after being exposed to the air for some time.

Rather than take all the time to polish it up since we have so much, we are just leaving it as untouched nostalgia. Some of it actually has the old black magic marker pricing written on the underside still.
