This listing is for a beautiful vintage sterling silver pin inlaid with coral. It is a large piece. It measures 2.75" long and also 2.75 " at it widest part at the top of the pin. This was a pendant originally and I had it made into a pin when I ordered it from the Ray Tracey shop in Colorado. I'm sure it can probably be made into a pendant by adding a bail.
