Presenting an early,'Old Pawn', Sterling Silver, and Turquoise, Butterfly pin/brooch. From the Fred Harvey Era, this detailed Navajo Butterfly, features a heavily stamped, contoured design. The body and head have matched, bezel set Turquoise stones.

The pin measures approximately 2 1/8" high, X 1 3/4" at the widest. The pin is stamped Sterling (see pix). There is a partial date written with a marker pen pawn date?

It is unpolished, exhibiting a darkened, aged patina. A beautiful, early example of Navajo Silverwork.
