STERLING SILVER MULTI STONE INLAY CONESTOGA WAGON PENDANT PIN MOVING WHEELS. 1.5" tall and 1.25" wide. None, though if I accredit the pendant, it would be to JOE & JANE ZUNIE. 1978 was an award winning artisan who was active from 1960 to 1975 & was the brother of Lincoln and William. He is referenced in the newly published "100 Collectible Native American Silversmiths: And Their Hallmarks".

Vintage sterling silver with channel inlaid turquoise, coral, jet and the most beauitful iridescent mother of pearl adorned this exceptional sterling silver Conestoga covered wagon brooch pin pendant. And the tiny front wagon wheels actually turn! The pin latches with no problem. The lapidarist-silversmith who designed this pendant/brooch was truly dedicated to his-her craft but the sad news. Unfortunately the pendant/brooch does not show the artist hallmark or metal purity stamp which is common for early Native American vintage pieces. Beautiful craftsmanship and no signature to show for it!

Even though this piece is not marked. 925 or sterling silver, it has been tested positive with no marks or cosmetic damage. Thanks for looking and have a great day! Not very exciting to read, but just in case you need to know. If you need more time, please contact me.
