Eric Othole is a young Zuni-Cochiti award-winning jewelry maker who comes from a renowned family of silversmiths. His grandfather was Ben Eustace, his grandmother was Felicita Eustace and his mother is Jolene Eustace. Eric is a very contemporary artist and his work is very different from the other members in his family. This pendant utilizes a lot of cuts into the silver in order to create dimension and design. It has a least 7 levels of dimension in the layers of the silver and the layer of coral superimposed on the top layer of silver to form another and final layer of material, in this case coral. It is 3/18 inches tall and 1 3/8 inches wide, and weighs 1.2 ounces on my digital, postal scale. It is signed EO in the middle of the back of the pendant.
It is Sterling Silver, but I don't know that it is marked as such. We pack our jewelry very carefully for mailing.
