A vintage Hopi pin made by Victor Coochwytewa. It has a beautiful double cross design and is 1 1/2 inch in diameter. From information we have found, we believe Victor made jewelry between 1946 and 2006. He lived from 1922 to 2011 and was a decorated WWII veteran. He was a very well known silversmith and was chosen as an Arizona living treasure in 1994.Pin is in excellent condition - there are no dings or other issues. Patina is even, darker areas in photos are shadows.
