Here we have this vintage Rayna Platero Secatero sterling silver and blue turquoise stone three feathers dangling brooch pin. Needle sets inside the concave back to protect skin from sticks. Signed R P S by silversmith and marked sterling. It measures with feathers at 3-1/2" X over 1-3/4". The total weight is 15.3 grams.
