Vintage Zuni Effie Qualo Sterling Silver Inlay Quail Pin/Pendant

  

This is a fabulous vintage signed Zuni sterling silver multi-stone inlay quail pin and pendant combination. This vintage piece was made and signed by Effie Qualo, a Zuni silversmith who worked from the 1950's to the 1970's.

This pin and pendant combination features turquoise, coral, abalone, and Mother-of-Pearl for the quail and cactus inlaid on black Mother-of-Pearl. The red wing of the quail is raised carved coral.

On the outside of the all hand-made bezel, there is beautiful stamping all around the edge. It measures 2 3/16 inches long by 1 13/16 inches wide. The bale opening measures 3/16 inch and the pin measures 1 1/2 inches.

71 ounces or 20 grams. The pin/pendant is in absolute MINT condition with lots of patina. Add this amazing and rare vintage piece to your collection!
