A great old Zuni sterling silver knifewing kachina pin or brooch with multi-stone inlay. The brooch measures 2.25" wide, 2" high and weighs 20 grams. There is roughness on one corner of the highest black stone.

The roughness has soft edges and may be natural to the stone rather than a post production chip - see last photo. It is not easily noticed.

T he piece has nice silver work with an old patina and has not been polished. It has minor scuffs and scratches from normal use. Pin and catch work fine.

It is unmarked but tests as sterling silver. Fresh from a Connecticut estate and new to the market.
